How to start bodybuilding? when you don' t know anything

First thing first welcome to Best Deals || One Step

So you are probably thinking that how can I start my bodybuilding journey, let me help, simply start by eating little bit of healthy to get in rhythm for example start eating fruits, vegetable and salad. Then take out time for gym or home workout. It’s not that hard only 25 to 30 minutes, evening or morning it’s all depend on you. Don’t be in hurry that I haven’t told about calories counting and supplements. You are in beginning stage. Everything has a time then only you can get most out of it. After 1 week when you are habitual enough then start taking protein food (protein food didn’t mean whey protein) it means NATURAL SOURCES guys! If you are vegetarian then start with panner (cottage cheese), pulses, peanut butter and also sprouts, if you are non vegetarian then take eggs, chicken and fish.

Don’t think of calories (only skinny people) eat healthy guys. You are beginner, your body should adapt for muscle building, so best way is to eat healthy and do workout to let your muscle know what you are doing. Best part being skinny you can eat more (eat more healthy J ) eat more carbs and protein.

For fat people start by eating less carbohydrate sources only 1 or 2 roti or 1 cup rice in every meal but eat more salad, fruits and all protein natural sources , to take out fat reserve from your body.

Most important start eating healthy breakfast because your body is in 8hrs of fast and now it needs energy to work for example eat oats , brown bread, peanut butter with sprouts and fruits.

And at least sleep 6-8 hrs to see results
